Canada will be flying over the bumps in both themen’s and women’s events at the debut of BMX cycling at the Beijing Olympics. Samantha Cools of Airdrie, Alta., placed fifth in the world championship of BMX cycling at Taiyuan, China, Saturday, for Canada’s best elite showing in the new Olympic event.
