BMX postponed until Friday

bmx.jpgCyclist Sammy Cools will have to wait one more day for BMX to make its Olympic debut. A steady downpour washed out both the men’s and women’s semifinals and finals Thursday in bicycle motocross at the Laoshan Bicycle Cluster, so organizers put the inaugural gold-medal events back to Friday, when the weather forecast calls for sunshine.
