The seventh Lake Tekapo Mountainbike Pursuit was held in near-perfect weather on Sunday and a course record was set. The winning woman was Sara MacDonald from Dunedin, who came back to defend her winning title from 2007. Second place in open women went to Karen Dunlea (Dunedin) and Tracey Pringle (Roxburgh) took third place.
